Symplify, a Stockholm-based provider of CRM and AI cloud solutions, has announced the expansion of its partnership with online casino operator MegaRush Casino.
This extension follows four years of collaboration and will now include CRM services for three additional brands under the MegaRush licence.
MegaRush Casino offers a mobile-first service featuring a variety of slots, scratchcards, live casino and instant win games. The new agreement will grant MegaRush and its affiliated brands access to Symplify’s Journey Builder and Campaign Manager modules. These tools are intended to enhance player engagement through customised, AI-optimised experiences.
Symplify’s Journey Builder and Campaign Manager modules will integrate with the existing CRM system at MegaRush, enabling multi-channel communication via email, SMS, dynamic web content and browser push notifications.
Christoffer Feldt-Sørensen, Symplify Head of Sales, said: “We’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with MegaRush as they have gone from strength to strength. Adding our Journey Builder and Campaign Manager to the package will enable MegaRush to engage with its casino players in a deeper, more personalised manner.”
MegaRush Casino spokesperson said: “Symplify has played a significant role in our growth since launch and we are very excited to roll out its services to another three brands. Utilising these new modules will allow us to acquire and retain new players as we drive the business forward.”
This partnership extension follows an agreement between Symplify and Playbook Engineering, announced in May 2024. This collaboration will see Playbook Engineering integrate Symplify’s CRM ecosystem into its platform, which serves brands such as StarSports, AK Bet and NRG.
Symplify has also formed partnerships with other notable entities in the iGaming sector, including AdmiralBet and nChain, and has been selected by King Billy Casino for its CRM system.
