Have you ever wondered the top secret plastic surgery procedures celebrities are getting to guarantee they look perfect and stay youthful?
On the Blonde Files, Arielle Lorre asked the Gloss Angeles podcast hosts Kirbie Johnson and Sara Tan what the undetectable procedures people are doing that the general public doesn’t know about.
They mentioned blepharoplasty or ‘blephs,’ with beauty editor Kirbie Johnson saying it’s not ‘super invasive like a lateral brow lift’ and it helps to ‘refresh their eye area.’
The clip quickly went viral, with commenters weighing in with what they found noticeable and how they think stars defy aging.
To find out some of the other wildly popular procedures, FEMAIL reached out to top plastic surgeons, who revealed that celebrities are embracing everything from salmon sperm facials to fat transfers.

Some commenters asked the beauty editors to look into how certain celebrities faces have changed, naming Lindsay Lohan (left) and Christina Aguilera (right), who appear to be aging backwards
‘We’re in this world where fillers and neuromodulators are a part of people’s beauty routines,’ Kirbie explained on the podcast.
‘Once the Botox stops working around certain areas around their eyes,’ they ask what else can be done, Kirbie added.
Kirbie and Sara also mentioned rhinoplasties and veneers as undetectable ways celebrities often alter their appearances.
‘I think veneers are way too obvious,’ one person pointed out in the comments section. ‘Blephs can change your appearance for the worst. Be careful!!!’ another warned.
Some commenters asked the beauty editors to look into how certain celebrities faces have changed, naming Lindsay Lohan, Christina Aguilera, and Stassi Schroeder.
Many people thought some of the changes were due to GLP-1s, writing, ‘A lot of what people think is better plastic surgery is just weight loss.’
Celebrity facial plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Persky, based in Encino, California, confirmed to DailyMail.com that blepharoplasty offers ‘the biggest bang for the buck in facial rejuvenation.’
‘The procedure has evolved from removing skin, muscle, and fat to now leaving the eye muscles intact, and removing skin with or without repositioning fat,’ Dr. Persky explained. ‘These changes have resulted in less obvious hollowing around the eyes, and a natural fresh appearance.’

Dr. Truesdale, who has a practice on Rodeo Drive, said that ‘lid changes in position and shape can be done to enhance the eye as well,’ calling the impact ‘subtle and powerful.’
Dr. Persky said the latest A-list beloved treatment is ezGEL, a bioregenerative treatment ‘that is 100 per cent natural made from the patients own blood’ and is ‘a great natural alternative to eye filler without the risk of complications associated with hyaluronic acid filler injections.’
He explained that the gel is injected in the under eyes, in crow’s feet, cheeks, lip lines, and naso-labial folds, and is then repeated two months later and maintained once a year.
Dr. Persky also mentioned a micro-needle infusion of hyaluronic acid mixed with Botox, vitamin C, and skin lightener, as well as Ultherapy – a micro-focused ultrasound tightening treatment for which Christy Brinkley was a spokesperson – and SkinVive – a micro-droplet injection that hydrates the skin and gives the skin a lasting glow.

Dr. Darrick Antell (left) in New York City had eyelid surgery or blepharoplasty twenty years ago and Donald B. Yoo (right) also dished on some of the best kept beauty secrets
‘Kim Kardashian may have introduced the idea of a salmon semen facial into American pop culture, but this K-beauty innovation has been keeping Hollywood royalty look youthful and hydrated for almost a decade,’ Dr. Yoo said about the controversial procedure, which Jennifer Aniston also swears by.
Dr. Yoo revealed that many stars use skin tightening devices, explaining, ‘Tighter, better quality skin means sharp jawlines and necklines for decades longer than your average Joe or Jane.’
He added, ‘Celebrities have relied on fat grafting and the use of nanofat to defy aging while flying under the radar.’
‘Fat is harvested under low pressure, often while performing liposculpture on an area with a little extra fat, and once purified is used as a permanent filler for the face,’ Dr. Yoo disclosed.
‘Sunken cheeks, temples, and under-eyes look instantly more fresh, volumized and youthful. The best part? It’s virtually undetectable after a week of mild swelling,’ Dr. Yoo said, making it a must for celebrities who have to hit the red carpet or get back to set.
