Who is Cam Skattebo? Meet Arizona State star known for angry runs and fiery speeches | Sporting News
Arizona State’s 2024 season has been one of the surprises of the college football season, as the Sun Devils were not expected to be a 10-2 team this year. That success is led Cam Skattebo, a running back who has become one of the best players in program history.
The 22-year-old transfer might have gotten overshadowed this year by Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty, but Skattebo is having a dominant season of his own for Arizona State. He is a big reason why the Sun Devels won nine more games this year and are in position to potentially make the College Football Playoff.
