To complete the process, our tester sent documents via mail on May 25, 2024. An e-mail arrived on the same day, informing him that some details on the payment method screenshot were not visible.

To find out what was going on, he reached out to the live chat support department, informing them about the non-existent e-mail address. The agent responded instantly, sending a couple of links via e-mail through which the tester was supposed to upload the documents.

The tester uploaded an image of his driving license, utility bill, and Skrill screenshot via the said links. Similar to May 25 May, 2024, the same e-mail regarding certain non-visible details on the payment method arrived, so he simply re-uploaded the screenshot.

A couple of hours later, the tester was notified that the KYC process was finalized successfully.

Withdrawal

On May 24, 2024, the tester requested to withdraw EUR 50 via Skrill.

In the meantime, he completed the ID verification process, so a couple of days later, on May 27, 2024, the tester was notified that his request was approved.

Shortly after, a Skrill confirmation arrived as well, marking the end of this investigation.
