GTA Online Glitch Makes Diamond Casino Lucky Wheel Disappear

A GTA Online player visiting the Diamond Casino and Resort was bewildered to find the Lucky Wheel was missing. The GTA Online casino is a staple for most players, as the wheel can be spun daily, but that wasn’t an option for this particular player.

The Diamond Casino is no stranger to bugs and glitches, but this one is particularly odd.

GTA Online player IEP_Esy shared their experience of visiting the casino only to find the Lucky Prize Wheel was missing. A screenshot shows the player standing where the wheel should be, with the backdrop still present, but the wheel itself was gone. GTA Online players have gotten stuck in the casino in the past, but having one of the biggest draws of the casino be completely missing is an unusual sight.

What Happened to the Lucky Wheel?

GTA Online players have shared in IEP_Esy’s befuddlement at the scene. Plenty made jokes about the GTA Online Lucky Wheel being unprofitable for the casino, so it was removed, or that it needed to be cleaned after years of people touching it. Another mused that the player had won too many times, so it was taken away to keep them from playing again. However, more serious commenters asked if they had managed to resolve this issue, to which IEP_Esy replied that restarting the game seemed to have done the trick. It’s not entirely clear why the wheel disappeared, but IEP_Esy noted that they play GTA Online on PC, so there’s a good chance that a player using illicit tools removed the wheel to troll others in the same lobby.

While it’s ultimately not a big deal to restart the game and a bit amusing to see the wheel simply gone, this issue underscores an ongoing problem with GTA Online. Hackers and modders can make the game hell for other players, with their antics ranging from mild trolling to serious issues. In rare instances, PC gamers have even been warned that GTA Online hackers could theoretically access their computers. While the worst problems tend to be patched, cheaters continue to flood the game, leaving some fans worried that GTA 6 could face the same fate.
