Vice President Kamala Harris arrived in Arizona for a rare trip to the southern border, to propose asylum restrictions. While former President Trump is criticizing Harris after a new disclosure from the director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement that more than 13,000 migrants convicted of homicide are at large in the U.S. NBC News’ Gabe Gutierrez reports.
