The store, which is located in Bridgehampton, New York, is slated to close on Oct. 20.

The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2018.

USA Today said there are also locations in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam.

The site added that the Sears and Kmart merged company has shuttered more than 3,500 stores and laid off more than 250,000 jobs across the past 15 years.

The first Kmart store opened in 1962 in Garden City, Michigan.
