Today at the 2024 Paris Olympics: How to watch U.S. men’s basketball, track and field

In yesterday’s action, Dallas’ Sha’Carri Richardson secured her first Olympic gold medal in anchoring the U.S. women’s 4x100m relay to victory.

Tomorrow, just like their male counterparts, the U.S. women will take on France in the gold medal game of Olympic basketball. Meanwhile, TCU’s Hailey Van Lith and the U.S. women’s 3×3 basketball team took bronze.

The Midland, Texas native is competing in the men’s 800m. Hoppel advanced out of his preliminary heat and semifinals this week. The men’s 800m final is today at 12:05 p.m.

Kevin Durant

The former University of Texas standout and NBA champion will be a part of a U.S. basketball squad that takes on France in the Olympic men’s basketball gold medal game at 2:30 p.m.

Alaysha Johnson

Johnson, who is from Spring, Texas, will be competing in the women’s 100 hurdles final today at 12:35 p.m.

Track and field ends today, but the running isn’t done. The women’s marathon will cap off the athletics events at 1:00 a.m. on Sunday.

The men’s basketball final is today, and the women’s championship is the following day. The gold medal match for women’s soccer at Parc des Princes is today at 10:00 a.m.

A Baylor grad from Houston originally, Griner is a key piece in the U.S. women’s basketball team. Griner had 11 points in their latest win over Nigeria. The U.S. will play France at 8:30 a.m. tomorrow in the gold medal game.

Ogbogu graduated from Coppell HS and the University of Texas. She plays the middle position for the United States women’s volleyball team who takes on Italy in the gold medal game at 6:00 a.m.
