While this growth rate is slower compared to the post-pandemic rebound, it is important to note that this figure aligns closely with the average job growth observed from 2010 to 2019, which marked the longest period of job expansion on record.
Furthermore, the current labor market is making history with its remarkable performance. With the job gains recorded in November, the US has now experienced job growth for an impressive 47 consecutive months. This streak places it as the third-longest period of employment expansion ever recorded.
