The United States reacted strongly after dozens of extremist Israeli settlers went on a rampage in the occupied West Bank on Thursday night. The spokesperson of the National Security Council of the US, in a statement, urged Israel to “take measures to protect all communities from harm and intervene to stop such violence and hold all perpetrators of such violence to account.” A 23-year-old Palestinian was killed after settlers torched homes and cars in Jit village of the occupied West Bank.
