Virgo Horoscope for September 2024
Your Horoscope for Virgo
by Susan Miller
September may be a time when you follow a new direction because this is a powerful month for you, dear Virgo, starting with the September 2 new moon in Virgo. This new moon will help you clarify what is truly important to you so that you can make any necessary changes to live a more fulfilling life. Part of your meditation will likely be about your spouse or established sweetheart or a professional associate who you have allied yourself with to advance your career, like your business partner, agent, accountant, lawyer, or other expert collaborator with whom you have a confidential, one-on-one relationship.
This month will tend to push matters to either end of the spectrum—you will either be extremely happy with your partner in love or business, or you may find you need to fix a relationship with someone close who has become difficult to deal with recently.
This new moon will first help you to center your thoughts on yourself—your feelings, desires, and hopes and dreams for the future, and you might sort out a past disappointment as well. It is time to refresh and reimagine your life. Saturn’s opposition to the transiting Sun in Virgo and new moon in Virgo suggests that the time of pushing this situation aside and ignoring it or dismissing it as unimportant is over and no longer possible. You will be asked to make a big decision in the coming weeks.
You will have two weeks to meditate about these questions, because on September 17 you will encounter the full moon lunar eclipse in your opposite sign of Pisces at 26 degrees. This eclipse will fall in your partnership sector (seventh house). For a year and a half you have hosted Saturn in this same area of your chart. Saturn first entered Pisces on March 7, 2023. You are halfway through this trend now, and you have another 18 months to go before you see Saturn leave your house of marriage, professional business associations, and close collaborations. Saturn in this sector is known to test the strength of your relationships, and while this is not considered to be an easy trend, it can bring changes to the status quo and, in that respect, be quite productive.
